Each of the Houserie co-founders had experiences renting out their properties to questionable tenants because conducting credit and background checks were unduly difficult or inaccurate. We got to thinking, “Shouldn’t there be an easier and faster way to screen tenants?”
Houserie provides numerous screening products – whether a landlord wants an incredibly comprehensive report or just a basic screen to ensure that the tenant can pay rent. From a tenant’s perspective, Houserie keeps their personal information safe and secure – no more guesses whether a landlord will misplace paper applications with sensitive social security or credit information!
Houserie.com was created with the intent of make renting out your house a fast and easy process.
Today Houserie is used by both individual landlords, as well as large property management companies, to screen potential tenants. Especially in competitive rental markets, our tenant screening products have proven to be a valuable tool to landlords in selecting the most qualified tenant. Houserie has also proven to be helpful for tenants to avoid rental scams since only verified landlords can obtain background checks.
